The full ZT loop

How ZeroTheory actually works

Five steps. 12 weeks (give or take). Start free, build proof, get found by companies that hire on what you've shipped — not what you've written.

01

Pick a course. Start free.

5 minutes to start

Six AI/ML tracks: Python foundations, Deep Learning with PyTorch, LLMs & Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Computer Vision, MLOps. Week 1 of every course is free — no card needed.

Daily 30-minute lessons (text + voice in 10 Indian languages)
Real-world examples from Indian companies (Razorpay, Flipkart, Swiggy)
₹499/mo full access · ₹149/mo for college students with .ac.in / .edu
02

Ship a real project every week.

3-6 hours per project

Each week ends with a project, not a quiz. You write code, push to your GitHub, deploy a demo. The brief is real — recreate Spotify recommendations, fine-tune a customer-support LLM, ship a CV detector for shop counters.

Starter code + tech stack pinned for the week
Submit a GitHub repo URL OR a deployed demo URL
Reuse your work on your CV / portfolio — it's yours forever
03

AI grades you in 30 seconds.

30s feedback loop

We run a Claude-graded rubric on every submission. Code quality, problem-solving, real-world fit. You get back a score (0–100), three things you did well, three to improve, and a calibrated next-step recommendation.

Numerical AI Score per project (verifiable, public)
Per-skill breakdown — Python, ML, DL, MLOps, Communication
Side-by-side example of a 90+ submission for the same brief
04

Your scores roll up to one public profile.

Live, always

zerotheory.live/u/<your-username> is your new résumé. Every project, every score, every certification, every badge — public, verifiable, recruiter-shareable. The leaderboard ranks the top builders nationally and by college.

Public portfolio URL — share with recruiters in one click
AI Score badge embeddable on LinkedIn, GitHub, X bio
National + college leaderboard rank
05

Recruiters search by score, not résumé.

Hire timeline: 12 weeks

Indian companies (and startups hiring remotely) pay ₹4,999/mo to search our talent pool by AI Score, skill graph, and project type. They contact you directly. You don't apply — you get found.

Inbound recruiter messages once your AI Score crosses 70+
Filter by stack: PyTorch, LangChain, MLflow, Kubernetes, etc.
Companies see your code, your demos, your real work — before any conversation

What you also get

10 Indian languages

Lessons + AI chat + voice in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi.

Verifiable certificates

Every completion mints a signed PDF + on-chain optional proof. Recruiters can verify directly from /u/<username>.

AI portfolio search

Recruiters use natural-language search ('Find me a Computer Vision engineer in Bangalore who's built a CV demo and scored 85+'). Saves 8 hours/week vs LinkedIn Recruiter.

30-day refund guarantee

If your first month doesn't move you forward, full refund — no forms, no questions. Email hello@zerotheory.live.

Common questions

Do I need a CS background?

No. The Python & AI/ML Fundamentals course assumes zero programming. By Week 4 you'll have built your first ML model. Most of our top learners came from non-CS streams (mech, civil, BCA, even arts).

How long until I'm hireable?

Industry-standard claim: 12 weeks if you do the daily 30 minutes and ship every weekly project. Honest answer: most learners take 16–20 weeks because life gets in the way. Better metric: you become hireable when your AI Score crosses 70 across two specialisations.

What if I don't have a college email?

₹499/mo regular price covers everything. We also approve hardship discounts (laid-off, between jobs, financial constraints) on a case-by-case basis — email hello@zerotheory.live with a one-line context.

How is this different from Coursera / Udemy / Scaler?

Coursera is video. Udemy is infinite-content. Scaler is high-priced cohort with placements baked into ₹3 lakh fees. ZT is a credentialing layer — you build, we score, you go public, recruiters find you. ₹499/mo, not ₹3 lakhs upfront.

Is the AI Score actually meaningful to recruiters?

We onboard recruiters one at a time and educate them on what the score measures. We're at 47 partner companies (May 2026) and growing. The score will be more meaningful as the network grows — but it's already the only verifiable signal in a market drowning in AI-generated CVs.
